IBC Sump Pallet with External Steel Cabinet
This is a secure sump pallet for the spill containment and storage of one IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) or 4 drums on a pallet. The IBC bund is covered by a steel cabinet with vent louvres in the sides for ventilation. The cabinet has double skin doors and robust locks and hinges to take the knocks and bumps in the everyday workplace. The weatherproof cabinet is fully secure with an internal door lock and has door stays to secure the doors when in use.

The spill pallet cabinet has 2 principal benefits, as well as being aesthetically pleasing in bright yellow! The secure nature of the lockable cabinet means you can store an IBC outside and control who has access. The weatherproof roof and cabinet mean rain and leaves etc can't get into the sump. In addition, the sump pallet has a removable grid to make cleaning / emptying easier and is suitable for all standard IBC's.
The IBC spill pallet is constructed from durable (modified for strength) high density polyethylene (HDPE) and manufactured using a rotational moulding process. These IBC sump pallets are corrosion resistant and suitable for most liquids. Ideal for the spill containment of storing various acids, alkaline solutions, oils and non-flammable chemical substances. The cabinet is 0.6mm galvanized sheet steel, powdercoated and then bolted to the plastic sump pallet using M8 dome head allen bolts.
