This outdoor storage unit's base is a large collection sump made from galvanised carbon steel, it has 2 sliding doors that open leaving a fully open space on the inside. The wall panels are EI120 rated and the roofing is REI120 rated.

Some of the features include;
Provisions for fixing the storage depot to the ground.
Continuous slides of 80mm for support.
The floor of the internal sump is hot-dip galvanised grating mesh mm 34X76 flat mm 25X2 – Capacity Kg/m2 600.
 Walls in polyurethane insulated panels, thickness 40 mm – Fire reaction class: F – Fire resistance: NPD
Roofing in corrugated panels in polyurethane insulated thickness 40 mm (+40 mm corrugated) – Fire reaction class: F – Fire resistance: NPD
Door with two sliding doors in panels like wall insulated polyurethane – Fire reaction class: F – Fire resistance: NPD
Guttering and downpipes for drainage.
Easy to move via forklift with forklift extensions.

Some optional extras include:
Hooks for lifting via crane.
Greater floor load capacity.

The paint spec is a high build, quick drying primer/topcoat paint specifically designed for use directly on to metal or bare steel This paint contains zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigments and is applied with a minimum dry film thickness of 75 microns.
