Sump Pallet for 1 IBC

The containment tank is suitable for collecting flammable liquids (GHS categories 1 – 3) and water pollutants (GHS categories 1 – 4). It can be moved by forklift or by hand, with the wheel and handle kit (optional);
To calculate whether the capacity of the tank complies with the needs, it must be taken into account that the tank must be able to contain  at least  the greater quantity between the volume of the largest container and 33% of the  sum  of the volumes of the containers placed above the tank itself.

The  container sits ontop of slats which are easily removeable to aid cleaning. The spill pallet bases are designed with slots at the bottom for easy handling by forklift truck or hand pallet truck.

This range of spill pallets is designed to optimise space and lower transport costs by means of its nesting design allowing the sump pallets to stack within each other.

Handle and Wheels Kit

Wheel kit in use

THIS OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SUMP AS PER THE IMAGE.

This is a wheels kit for our premium sump pallet range, it comes with 4 nylon wheels and a handle, this makes the sump maneuverable by hand and gives the user good control over whatever load is being carried. These wheels easily intergrate into the unit by bolting onto the bottom fork hoops, meaning it's also easy to return this product to being a static unit as and when needed.

These units conform to the "Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001" While the units do conform, it's up to the customer to uphold these regulations by storing no more than the max stated on the website.

Full regulations here: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2001/2954/introduction/made

It's also necessary along with the above regulations that "British Standard 5410" regulations are considered to further reduce the risk of a fuel/chemical/oil spill and to ensure proper procedures are followed when handling liquid fuel/chemicals/oil.

We offer a range of different colours for our products which can be seen below, these are available on request.
