Bulk Bag Holder with Sump and Frame

This sturdy high quality demountable holder for FIBC bulk bags or builders bags is the proverbial "dogs danglies"!

It features a fully watertight & certified sump base with a removable galvanized grid. The tonne bag frame is constructed from 3 and 4 mm carbon steel with 4 pull out upright posts.

There is a photo above showing a bulk bag holder fully demounted saving storage space.

Now here's the clever bit: The loops of the bulk bag snap into simple carbine hooks which are fixed to a lid frame. This lid suspends the bulk bag within the unit. To remove the bulk bag, simply lift the lid off the stand's corner posts using a forklift truck. Simple! Brilliant!

Each sump pallet conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump, user manual and a registration booklet with test certificate. These sump pallets are certified according to the StawaR steel sump directive.

The bulk bag holders are available either painted (powder coated orange RAL 2004) or in a galvanized finish. The base can either have feet or wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with brake).

The Sump pallet structure is made in carbon steel according to UNI 10025. The storage floor has a removable hot galvanized carbon steel grid, banded all round by flat bar and galvanized plate for an heavy load resistance.

As standard the overall height of the bulk bag holder is 1860mm. Call us if you need a different height to suit your FIBC bulk bag application as we can supply corner posts in different lengths to suit.
