Drum Heating Jackets

Features

This is our range of high quality heating jackets for use on a wide variety of sizes of drums.

The durable heating jackets provide a practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control and temperature maintenance of materials within drums and barrels. A variety of standard sizes and designs are available to meet a diverse range of applications as well as an explosion safe model - FR/200ATEX.

Supplied with a 5 metre supply cable and integral 0-90 °C adjustable capillary thermostat. Nominal power 230v/50hz.

The flexible heating jackets are made of polyurethane coated polyamide silicone rubber. Model FR/200ATEX for use in explosion hazardous environments is constructed with custom elastomer and silicone coated glass cloth materials with high density fibreglass insulation and is certified to EN 60079-0:2003, EN 60079-0:2004.
