Steel Shelving with Spill Sump For Drums
This is a flexible modular steel shelf/racking system with a collection sump tank suitable for the storage of up to 4 x 200 L drums vertically or horizontally. Ideal for hazardous, toxic, harmful or flammable substances the shelving models are initially configured to hold the drums in the arrangements displayed below. The orange sump pallet shown in the picture is included in this kit.
This Sump shelving manufactured from steel is suitable for the storage of flammable liquids in GHS categories 1 - 3 as well as water hazardous liquids in GHS categories 1 - 4.
This modular shelving with its range of accessories provides a flexible solution to the problem of storing of drums within a single, safe, structure which can be adapted to different working requirements and which can store the drums either horizontally or vertically as required.
Constructed in steel the shelving is highly stable with the storage shelves adjustable in height. The steel sump pallet at the base has a galvanized steel grid.
Each sump pallet conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump. These sump pallets are certified according to the StawaR steel sump directive and are of the highest quality.
We have a range of accessories for the steel sump shelving for drums. Galvanized transfer holder support tray SPT011Z makes transfer operations easier and safer. Rotating supports SGF014Z allow for easy positioning of horizontal drums and heavy duty angular foot protection units PA400 protect and clearly distinguish the frame corners.
To reduce transport costs the shelving is supplied disassembled with assembly instructions. It is however easy to assemble because of its slot joint structure.
