Mobile Steel Spill Pallet For Drums Features ISO Standards This mobile sump pallet is from our high quality range of spill pallets for safely storing and handling 200 litre drums. Constructed of solid carbon steel and certified watertight this spill pallet is designed to hold 2 drums or several small containers of hazardous or flammable substances. Designed for easy and safe transport by hand the pallets are easy to move thanks to the handle and 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors with brake. A drum restraining strap is available as an option. We can also supply a drum support that allows the drum to be stored horizontally. This transforms the pallet into a mobile picking station. Each sump pallet conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump, user manual and a registration booklet with test certificate. These sump pallets are certified according to the StawaR steel sump directive. As standard the mobile sump pallets are powder coated in RAL 2004. Also available as an option is a model with a fully galvanized finish. The Sump pallet structure is made in carbon steel according to UNI 10025. The storage floor has a removable hot galvanized carbon steel grid, banded all round by flat bar with mesh size of 44x33 mm and galvanized plate for an heavy load resistance. The welding procedure specification construction is in accordance with UNI EN 15609-1. Inspection and final test performed according to UNI EN 473. Non-destructive testing by qualified operator.
