Premium Stackable Steel Sump Pallets: 4 Drum Z/DM/ECO404

This is a high quality range of spill pallets for safely storing and handling 200 litre drums. Constructed of solid carbon steel and certified watertight these spill pallets have a storage capacity of between 1 and 4 drums depending on the model. Pictured is the 4 drum capacity model.

These sump pallets have steel rod sides that allow stacking up to 3 high to save space. The sides also provide utmost safety during transport. This range of pallets is available either with rod, mesh or sheet steel sides.

The sump pallets are powder coated in RAL 2004. Contact us for details of the optional shelves that can be fitted to these sump pallets that allow the efficient storage of small containers.

The Sump pallet structure is made in carbon steel according to UNI 10025 with ribbed supporting feet. The storage floor has a removable hot galvanized carbon steel grid, banded all round by flat bar with mesh size of 44x33 mm and galvanized plate for an heavy load resistance. The welding procedure specification construction is in accordance with UNI EN 15609-1. Inspection and final test performed according to UNI EN 473. Non-destructive testing by qualified operator.
