Premium Steel Spill Pallet For 1 IBC Features ISO Standards These are high quality, strong, carbon steel sump pallets designed to protect against accidental leaks, drips and spills of hazardous and flammable substances. Suitable for the safe storage of a single IBC or multiple small containers, the collection sumps are constructed from carbon steel, with a removable galvanized grid deck. This steel deck is in 2 parts with the rear section being able to be used as a shelf when used in conjunction with an optional tilted support stand, SPC100, as shown above in the pictures. The optional SPC100 stand for our sump pallets is a support stand to raise an IBC off the sump deck making emptying the IBC easier. The slope in the stand also ensures that the IBC tank empties completely. This effectively transforms the sump pallet from a storage sump pallet into a safe and effective dispensing station. The sump pallets are powder coated in RAL 2004. An optional removable galvanized 3 sided splash guard made from 1.5 mm sheet steel is available for this sump pallet. Each sump pallet conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump, user manual and a registration booklet with test certificate. The Sump pallet structure is made in carbon steel according to UNI 10025 with ribbed supporting feet. The storage deck has a removable hot galvanized carbon steel grid, banded all round by flat bar with mesh size of 44x33 mm and galvanized plate for an heavy load resistance. The welding procedure specification construction is in accordance with UNI EN 15609-1. Inspection and final test performed according to UNI EN 473. Non-destructive testing by qualified operator.
